1 – Tell me about your last job, what you did, what was your role?
In this issue, you must try to give the description of your previous professional occupation in those areas or tasks that are more related to the position you are giving interview for now. It is to convince you that you are the best candidate for this position.
2 – What is your experience regarding this work?
As in the previous question, you must highlight those tasks or responsibilities that you have performed before and what better can be perceived by the interviewer to take effective employment for which you are competing in the selection process.
3 – What has been the most boring job you’ve had? How did you make it?
This question should never have the answer to the similar jobs you will perform in the job to which you are opting now, but those that have no relationship with the prospective job.
4 – With what aspects of your previous company, you disagreed?
This is one of the sensitive questions in a job interview, so try to go through it on tiptoe. You must never criticize directly to the address of your previous company or its company policy. But why do you have to agree with everything? You can answer, for example, that you were not very happy with the policy of internal promotion or some other issue that is related to your career change, but never referring to any particular person in your previous company without delving being politically correct. For example, ‘my previous company did not evolve with the market.’
5 – How do you update your professional level? Tell me what you recently learnt.
It may be noted knowledge or skills have been acquired in recent training courses or in the performance of previous work.
6 – What was your relationship like with your boss, peers and subordinates?
Well, avoid criticism or personal attacks towards any person and always point out the positive aspects, while recognizing that in the day you can always come to be credible with small differences in the response without going into those aspects that may be more negative.
7 – Why did you leave the company or why you got fired?
When carrying out a career change, responds explaining briefly the reasons that led you to make that decision must be constructed. This is the message that will move the interviewer in this question. The message has to be very professional, give a feeling of being very motivated and not emotionally touched.
