1 – Tell me about yourself.

This is usually the very first question and it seems to be very simple answer, but it is not so easy. The interviewer is actually asking you to find an overview of your professional picture. It is always about a professional level, so the interviewer is not asking you for personal or friendly reasons. So be a professional while answering it.

2 – What are your strengths? And the weaknesses?

You have to answer the strengths in general and you choose weaknesses actually seen otherwise be too strong points. For example, sometimes ‘I’m too hard on myself, perfectionist, too planner or organized, and so on. You present a weak point from your point of view.

3 – What does the work for you?

It is convenient to give a link to money because the interviewer wants to know with this question the priorities in your life and how far the private sphere of vocational response is. Without going to praise too much work, you can say that it is a form of personal fulfillment to which the candidate spends all your efforts. It is a so-called killer question. That is, the difficult questions and more stress generated in the candidates being interviewed.

4 – If you won the lottery, would you come to work?

The interviewer wants to know what the motivation of the candidate is, so the ideal response is to make clear that it is not only for money but the work motivates you as a person and you like to take on the challenges.

5 – Tell me about a situation where you did not act appropriately. What have you learned from it?

We must choose an error has been committed throughout professional life, but that is of little impact, a mistake without gravity in matters of everyday life, and we have taken a lesson. For example, if a manager lost once an investment of one million dollars in the bank for poor performance, this example should not be chosen to tell the interviewer.

It should respond naturally and without indulging in error to focus on the answer quickly on the positive side, in what has been learned and how the situation was corrected. How was changed such behavior in your professional work from that time, as now avoided to happen to them again.

6 – Tell me something you feel a little embarrassed.

Many interviewers pose this question to try to hunt the candidate and see if he accepts something committed. They analyze if the candidate if can overcome the initial shock and improvise. This is another killer question and if you are not well prepared, you can get nervous and out of trance talk about personal issues or work, and that is the worst option.

Final Thoughts

Having a 9 to 5 is quite a tough job and this is why now people are turning to freelance jobs as like freelance graphic designer, developers, accounts and many other professions.
