Kamek
Kamek was Bowser’s tutor in his childhood and probably Bowsy as well when he was little. He is intelligent and calculating. He is a Magikoopa, a true sorcerer, an evil magician who works for Bowser.
Kamek does not usually appear in combat in case he creates danger and prefers to send his henchmen to do the dirty work, in addition, in Mario and Luigi: Journey to the Center of Bowser, it is seen that he takes care of Bowser when wounded by back in the combat against Mario and Luigi at the end of the game, which shows that he also has medical knowledge.
His basic skill is magic and he is said to have graduated in magic in college when he was young. Kamek uses his Magical Scepter mainly to perform spells in New Super Mario Bros. Wii, and New Super Mario Bros. U and he is also able to attack Mario or Luigi by firing fireballs that can convert blocks to random enemies or fireballs that convert blocks to Rosquilla Blocks. Interestingly, the Magic Scepter that always has Kamek is exactly the same as the Kings of the countries in Super Mario Bros. 3.
